Citwell’s Boston office is the 6th location for our consulting firm specializing in supply chain management, operations, digitalization and change management.
Established in 2023, the Citwell Group’s first U.S. branch is in the heart of one of America’s most historic and dynamic cities. While Boston is renowned for its rich colonial history and old-world charm, this city is known as a global pioneer in innovation and has become the world’s largest biotechnology center.
Citwell operates in the specialized distribution, retail and industrial (food, pharmaceutical, chemicals) sectors, it was so a real opportunity to establish a foothold in the cradle of the pharmaceutical industry and life sciences research.

Pierre is the Country Manager of Citwell’s U.S. office and a seasoned consultant with over 17 years of experience in leading transformation projects across large corporations and SMEs. Specializing in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Management, he combines his engineering background with certifications from ASCM, DDI, and Lean Six Sigma to deliver impactful results.
Pierre is also a certified trainer and expert in Demand Driven methodologies, known for his pragmatic approach and engaging seminars that provide actionable insights.
