Recruitment process

Multicultural, with varied personal and professional backgrounds, the profiles of our employees are complementary, and all share the same know-how and common values that are the strength of our firm.

Our recruitment process is simple and involves 3 key stages:

    1. Let’s meet !

to get to know each other, validate prerequisites and discuss the candidate’s career path, skills, and professional aspirations.

The purpose of this first interview is also to present our company, its approach, and its values.

    2. Let’s find out about each other!

To better appreciate your skills, knowledge and know-how, while enabling you in return to gain a better understanding of our fields of expertise and the work we carry out for our customers.

The topics discussed during this exchange may, for example, concern previous projects or current assignment opportunities.

    3. Let’s make it happen !

to confirm our mutual desire to work together over the long term.

This exchange will also allow us to take the time to answer any remaining questions (if there are any 😊 ), and finally to help project yourself into our organization.

It can also be an opportunity to meet other team members casually and take a tour of our premises.

Your onboarding

Welcome to our ambitious and dynamic team! Your adventure at Citwell is just beginning. To help you get off to the best possible start on the exciting projects that await you, we’ve developed a carefully thought-out induction program. This will help you to find everything you need to make your arrival and the assumption of your new duties as smooth as possible.

A meticulous onboarding

   1. Before your arrival

Prior to your first day, your arrival is announced to the teams, with a presentation of your background and your future role within Citwell.

 

    2. Your arrival day

On your first day, you’ll be welcomed by the whole team over a convivial breakfast.

You will then be accompanied by the HR team for your onboarding (administrative management) and your integration into our tools and information systems. You’ll also receive your equipment (computer, business phone, badge, etc.), a welcome kit and all the information you need to get started at Citwell.

 

    3. The weeks following your arrival

Your integration continues as the weeks go by, with a training plan tailored to each employee’s position and needs. This training can cover both soft skills and technical know-how. We’ll also talk to you about our corporate purpose and what drives us collectively on a day-to-day basis.

You’ll also benefit from several certifications revolving around methodologies or tools (IMCM – Change Management, DDBrix, The Fresh Connection, DDMRP…).

A double guidance : People Manager and Mentor

We have set up a two-level support system to help you build your career path and your life within the company.

 

    1. The People Manager

Before your arrival, you will be assigned a People Manager according to your activity and position. His or her role is to follow you throughout your progress and your career at Citwell, with the aim of helping you with all matters relating to your career: assignments, half-yearly interviews, aspirations for your career development, work-life balance…

 

    2. The Mentor

 

His role is to guide you through Citwell’s internal life, processes, and rituals. He or she is your contact for all practical questions relating to your day-to-day life.

At Citwell, we are convinced that management is more than hierarchical supervision and on-the-job coaching. We inherently integrate the notion of mentoring into our managers’ responsibilities, to offer our consultants comprehensive support.

From this perspective, the manager plays the role of mentor, guiding the person being managed towards his or her professional development by sharing experience and providing constant support, so that we can overcome challenges together.

At Citwell, we are convinced that knowledge management is an essential lever for providing our customers with the best expertise, and to maintain our agility in face of innovation.

Our philosophy is that there are two ways to learn: on assignment and in training.

On assignment, you will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced directors and managers who will be keen to pass on their knowledge and expertise to you in the field.

In training, we implement several practices, processes and tools to optimize knowledge sharing.
