Who we are
Founded in 2004 as a supply chain and operations consulting firm, the Citwell Group accelerates the positive transformation of value chains, from purchasing to customer delivery, thanks to optimized flow management.
1 • History of our company
Founded in 2004, Citwell is a fast-growing group, marked by several key milestones in its development.
In 2013, offices were opened in Lyon, followed by Birmingham in 2016, then Lille and Boston between 2022 and 2023.
In 2019, the “Talentwell – reinforcing project teams” business is launched. In 2021, the creation of the Meliae Consulting joint venture strengthens its expertise in industrial operations, and the Group begins an internal transformation focused on its Purpose.
In 2024, Citwell fully integrates Meliae Consulting, welcomes Kresk Development as a minority investor, and is recognized as a growth champion by Les Echos and Statista.

Our offices are based in 6 locations: Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Lille, Birmingham, and Boston enable us to offer a wide range of services to French groups with international operations and local customers. We currently support our customers in Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

Our consultants can provide you with strategic consulting and operational transformation support.
At the same time, we have developed Talentwell, a team reinforcement activity designed to help our customers during complex periods (transitions, projects).
