    1. PREAMBLE

Citwell undertakes to strictly apply the regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular as a company operating under French law, Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, as amended (known as the Data Protection Act), as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, the “GDPR”).

The personal data collected by Citwell is intended for its internal use and may be transmitted to subcontractors in order to provide our services.

• When Citwell is legally obliged to do so.

• To perform a contract or to protect the rights, security and interests of Citwell, its collaborators or any third party.

    8. PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 15

Citwell does not voluntarily collect personal data from minors under the age of 15 without the consent of the person with parental authority. If such data has been collected without consent, Citwell undertakes to delete it as soon as possible.
