Training in the principles of the Demand-Driven Adaptive Enterprise (DDAE)
The module in brief
The Demand Driven Leader certification course provides you with the means to design, implement and support a Demand Driven model (DDOM), including parameters through Demand Driven S&OP (DDS&OP).
This training course has been designed by the Demand Driven Institute in 7 modules for managers, to enable them to understand the logics that prevent them from seeking the best return on investment for the company as a whole, and to provide initial responses to reorientate their practices.
The DDL programme is the official preparatory course for the Demand Driven Leader Professional (DDLP)™ certification exam.
Objectives

Understand the concepts required to support the flow, and their implications in terms of performance measurement, finance and governance rules,
Prepare for DDLP certification from the Demand Driven Institute.

The terms
Course timetable and duration
2 days: 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 (7 hours per day).
Teaching resources and venues
Face-to-face training is delivered on our customers’ premises. The reception room must be equipped with tables, chairs, video projector, flip chart, etc.
Online training is provided with the help of technological tools made available by Citwell: Teams (possibly Zoom for very large groups), Klaxoon, iObeya.

Distance learning:

Profile of participants
A wide audience of managers: operations/production/supply-chain management, operational excellence management, finance and management control management, marketing and sales management in both the industrial and retail sectors. During a project, training the entire Management Committee greatly facilitates change management.
Required knowledge
Managerial positions required, minimum 5 years’ experience.
No Demand Driven technical prerequisites, but an understanding of costing is a plus.
