The Citewellian barometer

At Citwell, we place the well-being of our employees at the heart of our priorities. That’s why we’ve introduced a monthly barometer enabling everyone to share their workload levels.

The aim of this initiative is to create a space dedicated to the needs and concerns of our teams. Thanks to this regular feedback, we can make the necessary adjustments to maintain a healthy and balanced working environment that listens to everyone.

Behind the scenes at citwell

Our annual seminar

Every year, Citwell organises the Cap Soleil: this is our annual seminar, which, as its name suggests, takes all Citwellians to a destination in the sun. Over the course of a long weekend (3-4 days), all the offices come together in a place conducive to exchange, collaborative work and team building.
The programme for this seminar in the sun includes sports, cultural and leisure activities, visits, walks and the sharing of convivial and gourmet moments.

We also take the opportunity to look back and celebrate the past year, the better to look forward to the future together.

One morning is devoted to presenting the Group’s achievements and major strategic orientations to all employees.

In line with our raison d’être and our environmental commitments, from 2023 onwards we will be giving priority to destinations that are accessible by train.

Our rituals

  • Capi lunch

One Friday a month, we organise a lunch on a professional theme that each member of staff can suggest, whether related to their expertise or a particular area of interest. This meeting brings together all the offices, either face-to-face or remotely.

  • Staff day

Every quarter, the Citwellians get together for a day devoted entirely to the firm’s latest news and feedback. It’s an opportunity to share a convivial and enriching moment, contributing to knowledge management and the development of everyone’s skills.

  • Weekly meetings

Each week, a meeting is held in each office, covering news at Group level and specific to each city. The main topics discussed are current assignments, the firm’s agenda, training, and HR and marketing news.

  • Afterworks

Office life is also punctuated by monthly afterworks. Every month, a group of volunteers come forward to orchestrate an even more memorable evening (beer brewing, laser game, escape game, etc.).

  • Newsletter

What’s up, our in-house newsletter, arrives in Citwellians’ inboxes every month, keeping all our employees up to date with the latest news from the Group, forthcoming events and good tips and addresses to share!
