Supply Chain Academy Training

About:

One of Europe’s leading providers of thermal comfort solutions. Founded in France in 1968 by two engineers, the Group draws on a strong industrial culture, but also on a mindset that places people at the heart of their strategy.
Today, the Group is made up of 17 strategic and complementary brands, creating thermal comfort solutions in 4 areas: heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning and ventilation.

Creation of two new training courses:

  • Supply chain awareness training for managers
    – Create and run a training course including an experimentation activity
  • Planning for planning and scheduling managers
    – Create and run a complete training module (level 1, level 2 and in-depth), including situational simulation for participants, and provision of a toolbox.
    – Coaching project teams following in-depth training
