The founding partners

Guillaume Allemand has over 25 years’ experience in customer service, supply chain and operations performance consulting. In the course of his career, he has carried out numerous projects to transform industrial and logistics operations, from diagnostics to support in implementing solutions. Before founding Citwell, Guillaume managed the supply chain at a Pfizer plant and helped develop the life sciences business at Gemini Consulting and IneumConsulting.

In 2024, Guillaume became Chairman of the Citwell Group.

Antoine Bernard has over 30 years’ supply chain experience in operations (supply chain management), consulting and information systems. An engineer by training, he specialises in the management of Supply Chain operations (performance improvement and change management) in the FMCG, distribution, agri-food and automotive sectors.

In addition to his role as Managing Director, Antoine is responsible for the development of human resources and information systems at Citwell.

Laurent Penard, founding partner of Citwell, is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris and has been working in the consulting industry for over 30 years. Initially a consultant with major international firms, Laurent founded Citwell in 2004. Alongside his role as the firm’s financial director, he manages diagnostic missions and supply chain transformation projects for SMEs and major groups in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors.

In 2024, he decided to devote himself to Citwell’s international development project and became Chairman of Citwell US in the Boston office. He then handed over the presidency of the group to Guillaume Allemand.

The associates

Whether it’s improving competitiveness or transforming organisations, for almost 20 years Julien has been taking up the same challenge with his clients: to work towards sustainable profitability for businesses while respecting human values, in both local and international contexts.

He also helps them to meet the challenges of the company of the future and the growing importance of digital technology. Julien lectures at the Grandes Écoles on the subjects of Lean, Operational Excellence and Supply Chain.

Jean-Pascal joined Citwell in 2007, after 3 years’ experience in operational logistics at DECATHLON. At Citwell, he has worked on a number of transformation projects in specialised distribution, industry and luxury goods. He has been involved in various areas of the supply chain, both in the upstream phases (master plans, scoping, etc.) and in the implementation phases.

He is now a Director at Sanofi, in charge of major Supply Chain programmes.

With 25 years’ experience in transformation consultancy, Yvan works with management in a wide range of socio-economic sectors (industry, distribution, public institutions, local government).

He is involved in steering and supporting organisational and managerial transformation projects. As a certified Coach & Team®, he supports executives, managers and their teams in their professional development.

Director at Citwell and head of its Lille office, Raphael began his career at Decathlon where he worked for 6 years in their Supply Chain (operations and projects). With a wealth of experience in transforming operational models, Raphaël supports his clients in continuous improvement and long-term development.

Over the course of his career, he has managed major supply chain projects: improving processes, working with suppliers, transport, procurement (components and finished products).

With 25 years’ experience in consultancy, some of it international, Nicolas has carried out a wide range of assignments in different business sectors: definition and implementation of industrial progress plans, design of industrial and logistics schemes, Lean Management and supply chain overhaul (flow optimisation, flow and process management).

He has also spoken at a number of conferences on the application of S&OP processes in companies (based on a study carried out in partnership with the French logistics association Aslog), the issue of industrial and logistics relocation or regionalisation, and the evolution of customer service.

Saâd has 15 years’ experience of advising companies in a wide range of sectors. He has led a wide range of information systems transformation projects at different stages: preliminary studies, managing calls for tender, helping to make the right choice, assisting the project owner with implementation, and providing change management support.

This extensive experience of various ERPs enables it to provide its customers with best practice, avoid pitfalls and better manage the difficulties encountered as part of these strategic transformations.

Anaïs has more than 19 years’ experience in transformation consultancy, in both industry and distribution, helping management to create and manage their transformation projects in terms of business model, organisation, supply chain and operations processes and information systems. Her areas of expertise at Citwell include sustainability (including the circular economy) and demand & planning (including APS and Demand Driven).

She is also a recognised change facilitator, both in terms of the cultural and organisational aspects of change, as well as in terms of developing the skills of teams and facilitating the collective intelligence of CODIRs.

After an operational career in industry and services, Stéphane joined the consultancy business in 1998. A specialist in operational performance and organisational transformation, he helps companies to develop their competitiveness, resilience and attractiveness in a sustainable way. His vision is based on agility, operational excellence and the freeing up of energies.

After an operational career in the aeronautics sector, Mathieu joined the consultancy business in 2006.

A specialist in operational performance and cost control, he works primarily on issues relating to industrial design, steering processes, management control and interim management. His leitmotiv is to ensure that the solutions implemented have a visible impact on the income statement.

The directors

Pierre is the Director of Citwell’s US office. He works as a consultant on transformation projects involving Operations, Services and IS.

Pragmatic and a good listener, he is at ease in the context of both large groups and SMEs. Specialising by affinity in Supply Chain Planning and Management, he applies the Lean Six Sigma toolbox and common sense. Pierre has also developed expertise in Demand Driven. He lectures at engineering schools and is a certified trainer.

A graduate of INSA Lyon in Industrial Engineering, Maxence has worked in operational and project positions during his 20 years’ experience.

He has held supply chain management positions with major logistics service providers and in industry, enabling him to lead major supply chain projects in a variety of contexts. Maxence is currently leading major supply chain transformation projects in various business sectors.

 

Maria Fiette joined Citwell in 2016 after 13 years’ experience in marketing and business development in consultancy firms. She has been involved in a wide range of projects to steer, manage, develop and report on sales activities within the Citwell Group.

As part of her new role, Maria will develop and manage the sales strategy with the support of a development team.

Philippe Fostan

Philippe has over 25 years’ experience in industrial and consulting companies, mainly in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices sector. As a member of management committees, he has initiated and led a number of strategic transformations in the supply chain and operations.

A certified professional coach, he assists executives, managers and teams with complex transformations, including in hospitals. He is currently Director of Citwell’s Healthcare Division.

Patrick Sayegh began his career as a Key Account Manager for 7 years in distribution and services, followed by successive positions as Recruitment Manager in the IT business. Patrick joined Citwell in 2019 as Talent Manager and has tripled Citwell’s workforce from 36 to 115 employees.

Her main tasks involve recruitment strategy and the management of cross-functional HR projects.

Nathalie Lacroix has more than 25 years’ experience in strategy and the implementation of marketing and communication initiatives in the consulting and auditing sector. With Citwell since June 2023, she and her team are responsible for all marketing, communication and employer brand activities.

It is also involved in strategic management through the development of offerings, alliances and partnerships.
